Fermentation
Yeast and water are added to the molasses to created alcohol,the yeast is carefully selected to determine the final taste and aroma profile of the rum
Distillation
Distillation heat and condenses the fermentation liquid in column stills
Maturation
The liquid is then aged in charred white oak barrel,to add colour and flavour , evaporation from the barrel help 2 percent share but,in return best with a concentrated flavour.
Blending
Combination of spice and natural flavours are expotly blended
