How The Bread Reaches The Oven And Is Baked And Sent Out

On arriving at this chamber ,a long metal plate pushes the lumps of dough on the greased trays,working on an endless chain. Which carries them backwards and forwards through the prover until they have risen sufficiently.Then they defend into the oven below. This oven is heated by steam pipes ,the stream in which is kept up by roe of burners at the bottom.of the oven. In the oven the lumps of dough continue their slow journey to and fro ,carried along on the tray attached to the endless chain,until at last,coming to the end of their journey, they leave the oven as fully baked loaves of bread.
