A butterfly ba kind of insect  have a long thin body and brightly colored wings and flies mostly during the day .
As a caterpillar first meal is it's own eggshell .And then eating the leaves or plants with it was hatched 
Atva stage of a caterpillar it begin to shead it skin several time during the process and then look for a shelter spot to suspends itself by silken treads and shead for one last time to from a chrysalis or pupa 
As a adult butterfly uncoil straw like proboscis slip nectar from.flower ,from rotten fruits
