What Are The Different Kinds Of Rhinoceros?



Two species of rhinoceros are be found in Africa ,namely,the command or black rhinoceros,and white ,square-lipped ,Burchell's rhinoceros .The latter , which is characterised by its blunt -ended muzzle, is found in the Congo region is the largest of it Kinds.

When fully grown it may attain a length of twelve feet,and a heigh of six and a half feet at the shoulder .

Burchell's rhinoceros it normally possess two horns,the foremost one being usually the larger.Specimens with three horns, however ,have been recorded, thought such individuals are merely freaks.
